Visa Fees Acknowledgment

As part of the visa application process for the Barcelona Universities Program (BUP), I acknowledge that �Ӱ�ԭ�� will process the visa fees on my behalf as a student applying through the program, including the processing fees charged by the Consulate of Spain’s official visa provider, Consular Outsourcing BLS Services Inc. I have reviewed and agree to the following terms regarding this payment:

Payment of Visa Fees

The visa fees will be billed as an additional charge to my Study Abroad fee through �Ӱ�ԭ��’s Student Accounts. I understand that the International Programs Office (IPO) will provide Student Accounts with a list of students applying for a visa through Reed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If I withdraw from the BUP program before Reed submits my visa application, I will not be charged the visa fees. If I withdraw after the visa application has been submitted and the fees have been paid, I understand that these visa fees are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, the IPO may, at its discretion, review and approve a refund on a case-by-case basis.
